Maybe. If you have the time, enjoy the work and know what your site needs to do, a builder like Wix or Squarespace is a good choice. If you'd rather spend that time on your business, that's where we come in.

Niagara has some excellent web designers. What we offer is a particular way of working: prices you can see before you call, every word written for you, and a written promise to check your site at 90 days and fix anything we built that falls short.

No. We also build sites for non-profits, community groups and makers. Every site starts with the same question: what should it do? For a non-profit, the answer might be donations or volunteers instead of sales.

Yes. We're based in St. Catharines and know Niagara well, but everything happens on Google Meet, by phone and by email, so we can work with you anywhere in Canada.

No. If you have a logo, we build the site around it. If you'd like to write some of the text yourself, we'll work from what you give us and edit it to fit the site's job. The writing is included either way.

Tell us early. You get a round of changes on the words before design starts, then two on the finished site, and that's usually where problems get sorted out. If something isn't working between us, we'll say so plainly and talk about what's fair.

With a Full Site or an Online Shop, yes: text, photos and, in a shop, products and prices. The owner's manual shows you how. A Starter Site is built differently, so you send changes to us and we make them.

You do. Your web address is in your name, and you can take the site to another developer any time. If we host your site, the files are still yours, and we'll hand them over whenever you ask.

We reply within one business day, and we'll tell you ahead of time if we'll be away longer. Everything is in your name, and the owner's manual lists where it all lives, so another developer could step in if they ever needed to.

No. Email is its own specialty, and we'd rather point you to a good provider than do it halfway. We'll suggest options, like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, that work with your web address.

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's rankings. We set up every site so Google can read it, connect your Google Business Profile and, at 90 days, check that you show up when someone searches your business name.
